VSE: The Curious Dr. Humpp & Valley of the Dolls

Vanity Rex and I are back with our September screenings at Kan-Kan. This month its sex trafficking zombies and pilled out starlets! The Curious Dr. Humpp (1969) is Argentinian sexploitation. I don't know what else to say about it other than it is likely the strangest film that I've hosted at Kan-Kan... so far. If you like mad scientists and bad softcore, then this is the movie for you! Vanity is bringing us Valley of the Dolls! It's like A Star is Born if it was made by Kenneth Anger. Awesome outfits, snide remarks, and wig snatchin' abound as Barbara Parkins, Patty Duke, and Susan Tate weave tales that tell us show biz ain't all it's cracked up to be!
