Behind the Vet Rehab Practice with Tara Hudye

In this episode, Tara and I chat about the evolution of her clinic and the business decisions that helped it grow. She shares how operating as a rehabilitation-only clinic was not economically viable in the long term, leading her to expand her services to include general veterinary offerings.   Tara discusses the remarkable growth of the practice, from a team of 8 employees to 28, and from a 4,000 m² facility to a 16,000 m² purpose-built clinic.
