In this episode Caroline and Nick have the evidence from the pathologist who found around 80 injuries on the body of one of the alleged victims of Simon Levy. He said 60 of the injuries on the body of Sheryl Wilkins were caused at the time she died. And when a further examination of her body was carried out a fractured bone was found in her throat.
