SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY SEASON 5 IS ON LIFE SUPPORT

Southern Hospitality season 5 is still not officially renewed as of early September 2026, and that missed June/July filming window has Bravo fans spiraling. Execs say they are “still in discussion and hopeful,” but the usual two-month Charleston shoot never started. Mid-July, Leva Bonaparte unfollowed Joe Bradley and TJ and posted that not being liked by “fucking losers” is usually a good sign. An insider told Reality Blurb she lost it when Joe left Republic for a rival group. TJ jumped to his own brick-and-mortar. Joe announced on July 23 that he joined Uptown Hospitality, with Sharehouse as his new home base plus By The Way — co-owned by Craig Conover and Austin. That same circle is also pushing The Waverly event space and already used Joe in promo. Half the Southern Hospitality cast is suddenly sitting with Craig and Austin, which looks a lot like a Vanderpump-style restaurant-plus-cameras pivot — and a lot less like Leva keeping ownership of the whole table. Bradley Carter will only say there is “a lot more going on in Charleston than you guys know.” Meanwhile the rest of Bravo is just as messy: Eddie Osefo just announced he is a licensed realtor as he and Wendy Osefo head toward a January 25–29, 2027 insurance-fraud trial; Below Deck Med’s Max Salvador posted a chaotic “dad is okay / come stay on the yacht” update with almost no answers; Caroline Manzo is still suing Bravo and production — not Brandi Glanville — over the unaired RHUGT Morocco season and says airing it after litigation would cause years of mental pain; KJ Biermann was formally charged with seven counts and remains held while Kim Zolciak was spotted in Palm Beach; and Leah Remini allegedly negotiated Scientology into her RHOBH contract, so that fight is about to be a full storyline.
