Primark has been a global powerhouse for more than 50 years - but in the US, the brand is still in the early chapters of its growth story. Rene shares how Primark is building cultural relevance, scaling with intention, and staying true to its core promise of style, quality, and affordability without compromise. We explore how the shift from creative‑led to growth‑led marketing is reshaping the industry, how the creator economy influences modern retail, and why in‑store retail experience is still the ultimate differentiator in a world obsessed with clicks.
