Leaders in the Virginia House, Senate, and Executive Mansion can't come to an agreement on tax breaks for data centers in the commonwealth. House delegates will return to Richmond for a special session on the budget on June 18th in an effort to hammer out a deal before the June 30th deadline. If lawmakers fail to agree by then, the state government will shut down.
