The defendant argues the plaintiff complains about everything, and his dogs are great. The defendant has no idea what the plaintiff is talking about with this lawsuit. Then, the plaintiff loaned the defendant money, and in exchange, she was going to use the defendant's car for a month. However, the defendant backed out of the deal, so the plaintiff is suing for her money back. The defendant claims she drove the plaintiff all over town for appointments, and the plaintiff gave her some gas money. The defendant doesn't understand why the plaintiff wants her money back. Plus, the plaintiff says the defendant, her upstairs neighbor, flooded the toilet. The ceiling collapsed and damaged belongings as a result, so the plaintiff is suing.
