The dentures are way too big, so the plaintiff is suing for a refund. The defendant argues the plaintiff never complained about the dentures until a year later. Plus, the plaintiff claims the defendant hired her to write and produce a skit for a fundraiser. However, the skit had been canceled, so the plaintiff is out money for a musician she hired and transportation costs and is suing.
