It is very difficult to choose between our moral duties i.e. धर्म and our loving people i.e. मोह। Either it's Mahabharata or Ramayana or any other epic there were always two groups one is towards Dharma and others are towards their people. And it is always said that if you are towards your Dharma then you're on the right path. Hence, it's the situation and condition which influence people to choose between these paths.
