When we walk through difficult seasons, it can be hard to see how God will use them for our good. A lot of the times the tough seasons we walk through God uses them to grow us, build our faith, and turns it into a testimony that helps others. If you are walking through a difficult season I encourage you to: Trust God during this unfinished chapter. Don't run from the Lord run to Him. Surrender the future at God's feet Continue to hope and pray. Just because it is a no or not yet doesn't mean God doesnt have something better Let the Lord heal the deepest parts of you These valley seasons are not easy but once we get to the mountain tops we can see how God worked through it even if it didn't turn out the way we wanted. Seirra's testimony includes not truly knowing the Lord, falling asleep in church, being blessed by those who pushed her to grow in her faith, and a journey of learning to trust God in the hardest of times. This isn't a pretty and perfect testimony. This is a testimony that includes not knowing God, not caring about knowing God, struggling to trust God, and questioning faith many times. Join Seirra McCracken, your host, as she discusses her mid-year reflection. A year that has so far been pretty messy and filled with a lot of questioning, but also with so much joy. In the messy seasons, I have been trying my hardest to focus on the joys in life rather than the questions. When you are questioning God a lot one of the best verses to cling to is Matthew 6:34. We should not worry about tomorrow. We should stay focused onto today because God is working out tomorrow. The only thing worry about the future does is takes away from today. You cannot change anything with worry but you can with prayer! If you are going through a season where you are struggling I encourage you to spend time reflecting on the joys that God is working in your life.
