Gaetano Morello is a Principal at High Street Properties. Gaetano directs the firm’s acquisition strategy by targeting multifamily properties in the Greater Boston Area. In addition to overseeing the firm’s rental portfolio, he has expanded their development arm by converting brownstowns to luxury condos in Boston’s historic neighborhoods. Gaetano has a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from NYU and is a Licensed Broker and General Contractor in the State of Massachusetts. When he’s not building his real estate business, Gaetano enjoys giving back to his community and spending time with friends and family.
