Going to church on Sunday is not the finish line. It’s the beginning. If God has given you a mission, your life has to be shaped by more than a weekly routine. It requires daily obedience, daily pursuit of Christ, and daily formation. Our obedience flows from what we know—and our knowledge comes from our priesthood and closeness with God. Then comes courage. The courage to act on what God has placed in front of you comes from knowing who you are in Christ and trusting the One who called you. Religiosity can teach you a routine. Relationship with Christ transforms your life. God isn't looking for sacrifices that simply serve our own desires. He's looking for sacrifices that are aligned with His will.
