2745 - Dems May Flip Four GOP Governor Seats; The Excess of Big Tech's Data Empires w/ Paris Marx

Welcome back to The Majority Report On today's program: According to polling, Democrats are in spitting distance of flipping at least four governor seats across the nation. Remember, polling is not to be trusted so get out there and organize, volunteer and talk to people in your community. Donald Trump tries to rally with Vivek Ramaswamy in Ohio, but the president doesn't really seem to be too interested in the event. At that same rally in Ohio, Vivek spots a child holding a "my dad is deployed" sign and calls him to the stage to pick him up but Ramaswamy isn't strong enough to lift the child and drops him. Paris Marx, host of the Tech Won't Save Us podcast, publisher of the Disconnect newsletter, joins to discuss his forthcoming book, "Hyperscale: The Ambition and Excess of Big Tech's Data Empires" which is out October 20. In the Fun Half: Senator Susan Collins (R-ME) has caught up with challenger Troy Jackson according to a CBS poll. We look at some clips from a GOP rally in Alabama where Tommy Tuberville and Katie Britt really shine as the behemoths of IQ that they are. Angie Nixon gives a powerful monologue on how government can help people. A man claims he met Jesus while in a coma for 18 days. It turns out that is Jesus a flaming Mustang-Lion filled with testosterone. all that and more.   To connect and organize with your local ICE rapid response team visit ICERRT.com The Congress switchboard number is (202) 224-3121.
