The Goodnight House Sleep Podcast

Interview with Baby Begin: What you need to know about flat head syndrome and your newborn

June 1, 2022·33 min
Episode Description from the Publisher

Our guest on the podcast today is Jennifer Barnard of Baby Begin. She has been a pediatric occupational therapist for over 20 years. She is an expert on treating torticollis (tight neck) and correcting flat heads in babies without the need for helmets and trains other therapists all over the world to do the same. This is a really big deal, especially as a mom of a child who had to wear a helmet - I would have given anything to have known about the preventative and early treatment options Jennifer talks about in this episode. It would have saved us going through such a difficult ordeal with our second child. Since we work with so many newborn babies and families with young babies, we wanted to bring her onto the podcast to share some of her expertise and empower you as mom and dad to advocate for your little one.
