Bailey Van Tassel interviews Steven Hoffen, a high-schooler who started a hydroponics non-profit that feeds over 33,000 people yearly in underserved populations. Steven went to Isreal in seventh grade and was inspired to make a film about women coming together to grow their own food with hydroponics. That quickly turned into his pursuit of using hydroponic systems to help people who are incarcerated, the elderly, and asylum seekers.
