The barrier is friction, not geography, and the solution is the same: build the infrastructure so the patient does not have to connect all the pieces themselves. She is candid about where TelyRx deliberately limits its scope — non-controlled, FDA-approved, everyday medications like inhalers — because clinical integrity and convenience are not in tension when the model is designed correctly, and trust is built by knowing exactly what the platform is and is not for. She closes with a vision of digital health where technology works invisibly in the background and patients experience something deceptively simple: they needed care, they could access it, they understood what it would cost, and they got their medication.
