What happens when evil and good seem to grow side by side in the world? In Matthew 13, Jesus teaches through the parables of the weeds, the mustard seed, and the leaven to reveal what the Kingdom of God is really like. Through these parables, Jesus shows us that God is still at work even when we cannot fully see it. The enemy may sow confusion, pain, and destruction, but God’s Kingdom continues to grow steadily, powerfully, and according to His perfect timing. What starts small can transform everything. The Kingdom of God is not built through fear, control, or human effort. It grows through the power and presence of Jesus working in and through His people. Jesus reminds us that judgment belongs to Him, growth belongs to God, and our role is to remain faithful while trusting the harvest is coming.
