Joyce Glass has practiced law for 23 years over 8 of which have been dedicated to addressing companion animal cruelty issues in New York. She drafts and advocates for legislation in Suffolk County N.Y.  Victoria started her advocacy at the age of 8 when she founded Lucy‘s Legacy and Hope for Animals after the tragic loss of their dog Lucy. Hear how they have each impacted not only their community in a positive way but thousands of people in multiple states around the country. Although animal protection law is tough to tackle, the glass is always half full for this dynamic duo.
