376 - The Human Design Blueprint

Absolute Genius Insight or Complete Woo Woo Nonsense? Imagine someone claiming they can tell you who you are, what your purpose is, how you're wired to make decisions, where you'll thrive, where you'll struggle, and why your life has unfolded the way it has... Without ever meeting you! No questionnaire. No interview. No personality test. Just your date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth. That's the promise of Human Design. In this episode, I break down the fascinating Human Design Blueprint to explore one of the most controversial but rapidly growing self-development movements in the world. Some people (including me!) believe it has transformed their relationships, careers and understanding of themselves.  Others think it's no different to astrology wrapped up in well worded marketing and hype.
