Another great weekend for VAR – Salah's dodgy penalty, Calvert-Lewin escaping red for a hair pull, and two incidents in Everton’s game at West Ham – Jordan Pickford should have been given a red card on review, and Everton should have had a penalty.We were sold a vision of minimal mistakes and no more post-match chats about how our team was robbed by a refereeing mistake. Yet we're still having those same conversations, and we can't put it down to the officials being unsighted.So, how is VAR making everything worse?The penalty decision had no bearing on Everton's defeat.
