Brent Smith of Shinedown (2026) - The Big 615 Presents The StormeCast

You never know who will show up in the studio to visit with Storme Warren – this time it’s Brent Smith, lead singer of the band Shinedown. As the group is getting ready to release their next album, titled EI8HT, one of tracks caught Storme’s ear, so he invited Brent to come in and talk about “Searchlight.” The worlds of country and rock music don’t seem so far apart when it comes to the messages in the lyrics of the songs. Storme and Brent meet and have their first conversation, but in a Step Brothers like moment, the two become instant friends and promise this won’t be the only meeting they have.
