All caught up? My apologies for the episodes being so long! This tends to happen with travel episodes. I’m wondering if I’m okay with the show going on for so long since there are no breaks throughout… maybe I should add some??Workouts in… kinda. Did 6.5km run yesterday morning in 43 min 20 sec, today only did a 2.5 km run in 20 min 21 sec and then picked up the old slam ball that was on the back porch and tossed that around for 20 minutes.
