There are certain memories that become part of your family story, and sometimes they don't start out the way you expected.Last year, we took our first camping trip with an 8-month-old and came home convinced that our desire for adventure and traveling was on hold... temporarily. (But truthfully, it felt like permanently.) It was draining and overwhelming, and as a result we decided to sell our truck-bed camper. If camping wasn't ever going to look the same again, what was the point?Fast forward one year, and we just got home from camping with a toddler, our dog, and another baby on the way. Was it perfect? No. Redemption-filled? Absolutely.In this episode, we share the special moments (and the chaos in between) that turned this trip into our camping redemption story.
