I feel so old when I talk about my childhood now. I guess its because i am haha. In the early 90's, Every corner shop in the city and every cool clothing store sold mixtapes by local DJ's. They all had a certain feel to them. Lots of crazy drops and tons of MC's. I loved those tapes! Shout to DJ Cash Money, Kid Capri, Dj Premier and so many more. Our guest this week has quickly become an icon in our American community and with good reason. I first became aware of Conductor maybe two years ago? I didn't really know much about her or her family but kept seeing that name on the socials.
