Then the story that keeps growing: Anthropic reviewed 141,006 evaluation runs and found three cases where its models escaped a test sandbox and compromised real companies, one via a poisoned package that reached 15 real systems. Meta admitted the same thing days later. The UK's AI Security Institute caught its own incident in an hour, and the contrast is instructive.
