The real setup (on Azure): enable UniForm on the Delta table → scope a service principal at the Unity Catalog level only (Unity Catalog vends storage credentials itself, so no direct storage role is needed) → route Snowflake↔Unity Catalog/storage traffic through Managed Private Endpoints → link Snowflake to Unity Catalog as a catalog-linked database with auto-refresh, so tables show up automatically instead of being hand-created one by one.
