Our lives get really busy with our daily responsibilities, our job, volunteer work, or taking care of someone. We feel the responsibility to keep going…then once the burden gets so heavy, we are just done and begin to shut down. That is burnout and it can jump in and undermine everything that we have been working for. Burnout can destroy a job, a relationship or an ultimate life plan.
