A 20 year old talk by E. Michael Jones who discusses St. Mary's College, degenerate moderns, intellectuals and truth. (July 13, 1996). Quite interesting to hear about the things that led him in his unique direction, and to see the things he's already formulating for the future. Unashamedly pilfered from Anthony Puccetti's youtube channel :)
Joe Hamm This is a reading of Dorothy Sayers essay titled “The Lost Tools of Learning”. This very influential essay has been used by many in the US as a basis for the classical education movement, reviving the medieval trivium subjects (grammar, logic, and rhetoric) as tools to enable the analysis and mastery of every other subject. Educated at Oxford, Sayers was an author and friend of C.S. Lewis and J.R.R. Tolkien. This is a rather long essay, but it gives insight into the differences between modern and classical education methods. I apologize in advance for the poor reading. I was recovering from a cold and I mispronounce several words. In spite of these issues, I think you will find it to be the best reading available on YouTube, at least at the time of recording. The essay can be found online here: http://www.gbt.org/text/sayers.html
