023: 300 Miles in 24 Hours | Paul McMahon, Cori Wolff, Landy Cook

Two awesome friends in the skate community to join me as co-hosts for the show. Cori Wolff and Landy Cook, who have been on the show before, have graciously offered their time and skate expertise to the show and will be joining future episodes henceforth! Very exciting!We invited Paul McMahon as well for this episode to talk about skateboarding 300 miles in 24 hours at this year’s Dutch Ultraskate. Paul put up a very impressive performance and finally secured a long deserved 1st place finish with his fancy new golden truck! He broke down the event for us and offered some insight into what his training, nutrition, and mindset has been like throughout training and leading up to the event.
