Caroline Choe is a chef, artist, teacher and writer based in New York City, and is a proud daughter of Korean American immigrants. After a long career in education, she continued her journey into a culinary and creative career. Angela Kim is a international circus artist and former figure skater who has worked with some of the largest companies in the entertainment industry, including Art on Ice, Cirque du Soleil, Disney, and Netflix. Having spent most of her life performing under the spotlight, she has continually evolved her creative voice both on and off the stage. Angela has produced and co directed immersive contemporary works, judges internationally, and continues to develop her practice as a circus artist specializing in aerial straps and hair suspension. With a foundation in figure skating and performance, her work bridges elite athletic training and contemporary circus arts.
