He was released after the first misdemeanor charge due to no probation hold but re-arrested minutes later; he remains in custody for probation violation. Under investigation.Five teens from the Bay Area and Sacramento, including juveniles from Oakland, Sacramento, and Emeryville, were arrested in connection with a shooting outside a pop-up party on Auburn Blvd. on March 15.
