Mirror Images | Episode 006

It’s easy to call out the flaws in our children, but what if their struggles are actually a reflection of our own? When we see impatience, harsh words, or a lack of self-control in them, are we willing to ask, “Where have they seen this before?” In this episode, we’re getting real about how our kids mirror our habits, attitudes, and sin—and how we can use that realization to grow in sanctification and lead them well. I share from my own experience when I saw my child reflecting a struggle I hadn’t fully surrendered, and how it challenged me to change. Because parenting isn’t just about shaping them—it’s about letting God refine us, too.
