Well we did it, we actually did. We made it to the end of our Greek mythology journey and what better way to end this quest with Christopher Nolan's version of the epic tale The Odyssey? This was so fun to watch and review. We hope you enjoyed this episode and our trip through Hollywood's mythological offerings. We'll see you next month with a whole new theme!
As we continue down our own Odyssey on the way to watch Nolan's Greek epic we find ourselves in the 2010's watching a remake of a mythological masterpiece. Clash of the Titans came out during the 3D craze and while it is visually stunning it misses the mark when it comes to story. Still, a fun film to revisit and shows off some great filmmaking qualities.
Well we can't review the Odyssey without reviewing the prequel! We know those movies aren't actually related other than being based on the same author's work, but Troy was so epic when it came out, but does it hold up? Listen to our review and decide for yourself.
Well it would be a real TRAGEDY if we did a whole Greek mythology month and didn't review Disney's Hercules. So glad we revisited this classic because it truly belongs in the discussion for best Greek mythology movies. Even though they take some liberties with the story to make it kid friendly there is so much homage the stories of old and lots of fun and banger songs for everyone to enjoy.

Roll Film would be remiss to do an independent movie month and not review Clerks. This crown jewel of indy film making still crushes it to this day. Listen as the Roll Film crew talk about what Clerks means to them and how it set the stage for following your dream.
Indy month rolls on with Roll Film and we are reviewing the classic indy film Swingers. This movie launched some amazing careers, it manages to be funny and heartfelt at the same time. We hope this and all of our independent reviews inspire future filmmakers to get out and create!
