Julius Jones’ defense attorney David McKenzie joins the podcast to discuss the latest feony charge slapped on his former client. The Innocence Project championed his “innocence”. Kim Kardashian advocated tirelessly for his release. ABC aired an advocacy movie to get Paul Howell’s killer Julius Jones released off of death row. On Nov. 18th, 2021 Oklahoma Gov. Stitt commuted Jones’ sentence from death to life in prison with no possibility for parole. Since his commutation, the Innocence Project has never stopped campaigning for his innocence. Now Jones faces new charges stemming from Jones alleged involvement in a prison contraband ring.
