(FOX NEWS)Fox News confirmed the probe into whether Rep. Ilhan Omar married her brother began under Obama’s FBI and DHS in 2016. The New York Times says investigators found some evidence of fraud but closed it over the statute of limitations. Trump revived the case and agents raided Omar’s D.C. home Oct. 12. Obama calls it political targeting; Omar calls it a conspiracy theory.------3. PLAYING CHICKEN (GROUND NEWS)After an NAACP lawsuit over voter intimidation, the Justice Department told a federal court that FBI and ICE agents won’t serve as midterm poll monitors. Monitors from the Bureau of Prisons, ATF and DEA, plus one CBP employee, will be unarmed and only observe and take notes.
