There will be prayers that seem unanswered, circumstances we cannot control, and moments when we simply feel tired. In those moments, what we focus on matters.If we focus only on our circumstances, we can easily become overwhelmed. If we focus only on our struggles, we can lose sight of hope. But Hebrews reminds us to fix our eyes on Jesus.Jesus is the One who made a way for us to draw near. He is the reason we can trust God's faithfulness. He is the One who has given us a community to journey with.We don't keep going because life is easy. We don't keep going because our faith is always strong. We keep going because Jesus is worthy of our trust and He has already gone before us.So whatever season you are in today, keep focusing on Jesus and keep going.PrayerJesus, help me fix my eyes on You. When life becomes difficult and I am tempted to give up, remind me of who You are and what You have done. Help me keep going, one step at a time, with my eyes fixed on You.
