In the federal case against former FBI Director James Comey, which centers around a photo he posted of seashells arranged to spell “86 47,” defense attorneys are seeking dismissal, alleging Trump directed illegal Secret Service surveillance of Comey — with agents reportedly feeding real-time information directly to the president.  Republican Congressman Max Miller of Ohio is facing serious domestic abuse allegations from his ex-wife, Emily Moreno — who is also the daughter of Sen. Bernie Moreno (R-OH).
