Kohber Alibi Filing. Schabusiness Trial & Guilty Verdict.

Bryan Kohberger’s attorneys file their notice of alibi, and it didn’t contain much. There is a lot of litigation in the Idaho Defamation case, and I broke down the last court hearing, it seems that the Judge will be granting the Plaintiff’s motions against the TikToker’s counterclaims.  Carlee Russell’s lawyer admits that her abduction was a hoax, and she was charged and then arrested later in the week. The Schabusiness trial started with evidence on Monday; the jury reached Guilty Verdicts on all counts on Wednesday afternoon. The NGI Trial took place on Thursday, and the jury found Taylor Schabusiness culpable late in the day Thursday.
