The Smoking Gun at the Edge of Time

The first fraction of a second after creation was so violent it scarred spacetime itself. We can't build a particle accelerator the size of the galaxy to test our theories, so we have to become cosmic archaeologists. We are hunting for "fossils" imprint on the sky—primordial gravitational waves left over from the Big Bang.
