   Hsiao ("Mark") Mao is a partner in the Cybersecurity, Information Governance and Privacy and Business Litigation practices of Troutman Sanders. Mark is certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals "(IAPP"), for their ISOapproved programs, as a Fellow of Information Privacy ("FIP"), Certified Information Privacy Technologist ("CIPT"), and a Certified Information Privacy Professional for the United States ("CIPP/US"). He was previously an IT-consultant at Arthur Anderson Consulting, implementing database software. Jonathan Yee is an attorney in the firm’s Cybersecurity, Information Governance and Privacy practice group with an emphasis on Financial Services Litigation. He focuses his practice on the intersection of business and information technology, representing clients in the areas of data security, data privacy, and intellectual property concerns.
