Hi — it's us. If you've followed us through Planner Girl Chatter (and a few other podcast chapters), you already know that life doesn't always move in straight lines. After some pauses, plot twists, and personal life moments, we're back with a new podcast that finally fits who we are now. The Life We're Living Now is a conversational podcast continuing our conversations about midlife, long friendships, creativity, books, travel, evolving priorities, and navigating life as it's unfolding — including the changes that come with time, hormones, and shifting roles — without pretending we have it all figured out. This trailer is a quick hello and an invitation to join us as we talk things out, reflect honestly, and see where this next chapter leads. Unplanned. Unbothered. (Mostly.) Colleen tackles an end of year creative clean up project to launch into 2025 in full force, a project Jamie is dreading after the holidays.
Jamie and Colleen dare ask the question, "Is there such a thing as podcasting lite?"
Keep Planning & Stay Awesome - Adios Bitchachos is the final episode of Planner Girl Chatter. This series finale of the podcast should come as no surprise to many of our longtime listeners and if you've been following the massive changes happening in our lives over this summer. Listen in as we share not only all the things that have been happening but how we and the community have evolved. We share where you can find us in the future and the new podcast we are working on. If you've listened to us from the beginning or just recently found us, we are not done with Planner World; we are just shifting how we spend our time. You'll still see us at planner events, out on these planner streets buying stickers, and we hope you'll connect with us on our personal pages on IG and FB. It's so rare to find such amazing people in this world, and we value your friendship more than you know. Again, we are already developing a fresh podcast around our new project, The Intentional Reset Project, and we hope you'll follow us there. We also have plans to speak at some upcoming planner events around that project. We are excited to evolve past just talking about planners and create a new project encompassing many of the conversations we have beyond the world of planners and stickers (we will likely still touch on it, though, since it's a big part of who we are). You'll still see us around, but we'll be showing up differently. 🙂 Find us here: Intentional Reset Project FB Group Intentional Reset Project IG Thank you to every guest, listener, contributor, and planner event organizer who has trusted us to be a part of your world. We've had an absolute BLAST sharing experiences with you. When you see us at a planner event, come say hi tell us your fav episode, and we'll have stickers/buttons until they run out!
We wonder a lot of things. It is possible for Colleen to take a break from dating for a year? Were our parents just as smart as us? Is it insane that Jamie already ordered her 2024 planner? What if.....instead of pretending it's not angsty, we started working through that intentionally? After a super busy few months, Colleen and Jamie reflect on what we need to move through life at this moment. We start to consider what we would like to be doing next and spitball a plan to conceptualize tackling it. Reminiscing on the times we've felt or seen folks get less than expected from a transaction in the planner community. Yep, we cover everything from items not getting delivered, PayPal friends & family, and what to look for when buying planner event tickets. As we move back into planner in-person events and meeting new people, it's a great reminder of how to keep alert while moving through the community. Bottom line…don't be chill.
