Ausar Thompson’s Next Step + JB Bickerstaff Praises Pistons Young Talent

JB Bickerstaff wants Ausar Thompson to become more aggressive and get more opportunities with the ball in his hands. We break down what that could mean for Ausar’s development, how Detroit could expand his offensive role, and why his next jump could have a major impact on the Pistons this season. Plus, Bickerstaff spoke to reporters after practice and had strong praise for rookie Ebuka Okorie, Chaz Lanier and veteran Taurean Prince. We discuss Okorie’s ability to “run a show,” Lanier’s opportunity to earn preseason minutes, and the leadership Prince is already bringing to Detroit’s young roster.
