Labels shape our world—but are they helping or holding you back? In this episode, I'm going on a little thought experiment—one that might just change how you see yourself and the world around you. Who doesn't love a good label? They help you sort things out, make decisions faster, and help you feel like you understand the world (at least a little bit). But what happens when you apply too many labels to people, pets, and even yourself?  Think about it: clouds and medications are both labeled, but in completely different ways. Clouds are described loosely—big, fluffy, stormy—but you don't try to define every last detail. Medications, on the other hand, are labeled down to the molecular structure to avoid confusion and ensure safety. So which approach do you take with the people (and pets) around you? And more importantly—how do these labels impact the way you live your life?
