Later, a funeral service will be held at Washington National Cathedral with lawmakers and foreign leaders, a testament to his stature on the global stage.Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu are set to hold separate meetings with President Trump on Tuesday. Senator Graham was a supporter of both Ukraine and Israel.
