Tourist Sauce returns next week with the tenth installment of our travel series as we go back to Scotland and explore the Islands and Highlands at courses like Dunaverty, Macrihanish, Brora, Shiskine, Royal Dornoch and more.  One of our inspirations for this season is a book by our friend Jim Hartsell - A Round of Scottish Courses.
