Susun interviews Gregg Westwood after 90 minutes of herbal health questions.   Gregg Westwood is a former actor, dancer, massage therapist, and spiritual seeker who has developed Depth Integration. Gregg is the author of Rooted Soul and he mentors clients, facilitates retreats and workshops internationally, and creates transformative spaces for embodied soul integration.  His journey in counseling began in 1985 as part of GMHC's Buddy Program in New York City, where he supported caregivers during the early AIDS crisis. He holds a Master's degree in Somatic Psychology and has taught at Heartwood Institute and Naropa University. Additionally, his credentials include certifications in massage therapy, hypnotherapy, Polarity Therapy, and Transformational Therapy (based on the Hendricks Method), along with training in Pilates and Educational Kinesiology and studies in ParaYoga, the Diamond Heart Approach, and the Integrated Beingness Programme. Gregg is the host of the "Healing Trauma through Conscious Embodiment" and "Conscious Embodiment" summits and co-hosted the "Our Souls Speak" podcast. He is also a featured author in "Sacred Medicine" and "Dare to Dream."
