
My name is Jason and I am just like every other human on this earth. I get stressed, I have been depressed, I have been crippled by anxiety, I have had very dark days and I have had amazing days. I thought I would spend this episode telling you a little about myself, who I am, my goals with what I do and why I am so passionate about my work and especially mindfulness. So let me open up and be a little vulnerable with you all. It is time that we stopped hiding behind faults and weaknesses and brought the real things that we all face into the light. Depression, anxiety and other mental health struggles fester and grow in the shadows and through awareness, growth and personal discovery we can expand our understanding of these things that we all battle from time to time and learn how to better manage the hard times, and make the most of the good times.
