God 25 - Take It On Faith

We’re asked to simply “take it on faith” when it comes to religions, spiritual practices,and even that inner transformative work that we hear about. In such circumstances, faith is extolled as a virtue, a wonderful thing to have.But in what other aspects of our lives would we simply apply blind faith like this?  In other cases it would be seen as a naive and irresponsible thing to have, and anyone going along with it would be told they had got what they deserved for not applying their due diligence.We know we live in a world of lies and deception. So how can anyone put their faith in ANY religious teaching or spiritual doctrine, or anyone from whose mouths such words come?
