
Poet and an award-winning novelist Jane Holland grew up in the Isle of Man, the middle daughter of multi-million bestselling romantic novelist Charlotte Lamb and The Times newspaper chief sub-editor Richard Holland. Best known for her dark thrillers, as Betty Walker she’s also written her multi-award nominated Cornish Girls wartime sagas. She’s a Gregory award winning poet and once upon a time was a seeded player in the Women’s World Snooker championship.
