The fungi kingdom includes mushrooms and yeasts that are super beneficial for us and our dogs. Mushrooms have properties that boost whatever food your currently giving your dog. Certain yeasts, such as the yeast found in Kefir scoby also have the ability to boost the nutritional content of other foods. But mold is also in the fungi kingdom, and mold often is quite harmful.
